【Eligible Luggage】
Only items meeting all the following conditions are eligible:
1. Suitcases, bags, or sealed paper bags with a combined total of three dimensions (length, width, and height) of 200 cm or less.
2. Items weighing 30 kg or less per piece.
3. Items that are not listed in Article 4 below.

【Prohibited Items】
The following items cannot be shipped:
1. Items exceeding 200 cm in total dimensions.
2. Items weighing more than 30 kg per piece.
3. Perishable foods, refrigerated or frozen items, animals, plants.
4. Opened beverages (liquids).
5. Bags with attached items such as umbrellas or canes.
6. Items deemed unsanitary, odorous, or likely to spoil or deteriorate.
7. Precision equipment such as computers, tablets, cameras, or fragile items such as ceramics.
8. Valuables (cash, passports, securities, tickets, precious metals, important documents, etc.).
9. Human remains, cremated remains, and memorial tablets
10. Hazardous materials, including explosives, chemicals, fuels, toxins, specimens, pathogens, Firearms, swords, and other hazardous items
11. Improperly packaged items or those judged likely to break.
12. Luggage of individuals not staying at partner hotels.
13. Any other items deemed inappropriate for transportation.

【Service Suspension】
In case shipment is deemed unfeasible due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or train cancellations, the sender shall be notified via email. In such cases, the full delivery fee will be refunded; however, the company shall not be held liable for any other damages or compensation.
The company will make reasonable efforts to propose alternative transportation options but does not guarantee the availability or provision of such alternatives.

【Liability for Delivery Delays】
Sagawa Express Co., Ltd. shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by traffic congestion, train delays, or weather conditions.

【Applicable Rules】
1. In addition to these terms and conditions, the "Standard Railway Cargo Transport Terms and Conditions" shall apply to the use of this service.
2. All times indicated herein are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
3. In case of discrepancies, the Japanese version of these terms shall take precedence, and Japanese law shall apply.
